Most clients do not write long letters. I receive my best thanks when pet owners see the results delivered to their door and call me to say how pleased they were with their pictures.

The other sign of a happy customer is the request to do another session. This usually happens when there is a change in the family situation. A new pet or another person has been added to the home.
